Foreword
Upgrading motherhood is a raising awareness program that brings up, through open and sincere conversations, hidden and usually unpleasant themes regarding our relationships, children, family, finance etc.
The purpose of this program is to discuss these themes together in a search for optimal and lasting solutions. I believe it is in genuine communication where the truth of a matter can be found.
