Pregnancy Yoga in English


Pregnancy Yoga is a well established type of yoga for your body and mind during all stages of pregnancy. This yoga is a gentle way to focus on your body and relieve your mind through movement and breath techniques. It is suitable for all women, even without previous yoga experience.

I am a toddler's mum, yoga teacher and i like to guide all women to find their own motherhood path.

I am yoga lover for more than 10 years. Currently i find myself most into jin & restorative yoga.

Yoga is not Asana only, yoga is a way to connect to your body and intuition through mindful body movement, mind and breath.
